Absorb LMS is best supported by MS Edge or Google Chrome browsers. |
| Visibility I can’t see the video, course document upload or information. |
Many times, there is a gray Collapse Details button you need to choose to get to the next step. |
| Microsoft Error at Login When I attempt to login to LMS, I keep getting redirected to a Microsoft page requesting a verification code. |
You are using the wrong log in link. There are 2 different links. The link you will use will depend on whether you are a SCCMHA internal staff OR If you provide services on behalf of SCCMHA. Please refer to the explanation of log in links above. |

For optimal LMS performance, CEU encourages completion of training on a PC. |
| Quiz Failed – Can’t Retake | After 3 failed attempts at the quiz, you must complete the entire training again. |
